On Saturday, March 20th, 2021, Ludwig Wolker e.V. organized an international cooking evening online, with live guidance from the participants of our international meeting with IYCS Africa in Nairobi. Our Kenyan cooking teachers were happy to guide us through the evening and we were allowed to learn to cook Mokimo together!
Our highlights were the "comparison" of the results at the end of the cooking evening, in which all participants held their plates with the finished dish in front of the camera and complimented each other and gave each other words of thanks, as well as the inspiring conversations during the cooking on topics such as climate change, sustainability, vegetarianism and gender equality.
The event was also part of the action weeks against racism in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, and was funded by the German government. Thanks to all supporters!
